What is the status of my order?
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed.
Once your order is ready for shipping, shipping or delivery, we will not accept any changes to your order.

What currency will I wear?
All our transactions are based on euros. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate of the selected currency according to their website.

Where are you going?
Our products are exported all over the world, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania. We offer PayPal and payment by credit card.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once you place an order, treatment usually takes 3 to 7 days.
The shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose.
How can I track my package?
Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
What if I'm not home?
If you are not at home, the new delivery will take place the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to set a new delivery date based on the country and delivery method you choose.
If your package does not arrive, you may need to go to the local Post Office to pick up the package. You may need to take your package to the local Post Office in case it does not reach you.

Do you accept returns?
We accept return subject to the following conditions:
Items must be sold in our online store
The item must not be used in any way
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
For the return, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Can I exchange an item?
We accept the transaction and observe the same terms and conditions as the returned goods.
To request an exchange, please indicate that you wish to exchange your products with others when you are ready to return with our support.
Is the return free?
To return the goods, please contact customer service to obtain the return address. After receiving the address, place the items securely in the original packaging and attach the purchase certificate.
In some cases, the return is free. If the returned item was not caused by a delgadant.com error, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.
How long does the return take?
The return will be confirmed within 14 days of receipt of the package in our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, our service will be refunded, redeemed or credited within 14 days of acceptance.
