Return and refund policy

RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and undamaged in any way.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact Customer Service for a return address. Once the address is received, place the item securely in the original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].
In some cases, the return costs are free. If you return an item whose reason is not the result of a delgadant.com, error, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
Having received your return and inspected the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.
