What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following 2 major payment methods:

PayPal: Delgadont primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.
Secure Credit Card Payment: We can also accept credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
What currency will I be billed in?
All our transactions are based on EUR. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding fee for the chosen currency depending on the website you are on.

Do you offer a 3 or 4 installment payment option?
We accept payment in 3 installments.

How do I change/modify my order?
If you notice an error in your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at the Support Center

Please note that we can assist you in modifying your order before shipping.

Once your package has been shipped, we will not be able to change anything.

What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
If you did not receive a confirmation email about your order, you may have entered your email incorrectly during checkout or the email may be in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You can also contact us for more information about your order.
