What is the status of my order?

Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.



Can I modify my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed.



Once your order is ready for shipping, dispatch or delivery, we will not accept any changes to your order.

We accept the following two major payment methods:

What currency will I put in?

All our transactions are based on Euros. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the exchange rate for the selected currency according to their website.



Do you offer three or four payment options?

We accept three payments.



Shipment

Where are you going?

Our products are exported to all over the world, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania. We offer paypal and credit card payment.



How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Once you place an order, processing usually takes 3 to 7 days.



Shipping time depends on the delivery method you choose.



How can I track my package?

Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.



What if I'm not at home?

If you are not at home, the new delivery will take place the following day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date based on the country and delivery method you choose.



If your package does not arrive, you may need to go to your local Post Office to pick up the package. You may need to take your package to your local Post Office in case it does not reach you.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:



Items must be sold in our online store

The article must not be used in any way

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.



For returns, please contact our Customer Service Department.



Can I exchange an item?

We accept the transaction and observe the same terms and conditions as the returned goods.



To request an exchange, please indicate that you wish to exchange your products with others when you are ready to return with our support.



Is the return free?

To return goods, please contact customer service for the return address. After receiving the address, place the items securely in the original packaging and attach the purchase certificate.



In some cases, the return is free. If the returned item was not caused by an error by delgadont .com, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.



How long does the return take?

The return will be confirmed within 30 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.



Once your return is accepted, our service will refund, exchange or credit you within 30 days of acceptance.
